Are you dreaming of becoming a homeowner but feeling overwhelmed by the rising cost of living and the transition from low fixed interest rates to higher ones? Or perhaps you're seeking ways to review your spending habits and establish a solid budget to navigate the current financial landscape successfully. Look no further let's get started.
Why did I do this course, your goals and an overview and more!
We will touch on what we will cover in this course.
Let's chat about how you can get access to your bank statements to do the budget part of this course or some other options as you can go direct to Illion.co.nz and set up your own account; however, our way is free, and doing your own one with them direct there will be a cost. If you want to know more about Illion another video is below. https://vimeo.com/229997116
As per terms and conditions, the free way of receiving your last 3 months' bank statements and summary spending page just copy and paste the Bank Statement link below it into your web browser; this will take you to your internet banking; ensure you click on all the accounts you want to see where your money goes as you will need this for when you do your Money Organiser/makeover!
https://scv.bankstatements.com.au/YANZ-BRNO
Then send us an email to admin@brendanom.co.nz and put in the subject line only the example below (but with your name and email address), as this permits us to send it to you and gives us your email address.
We will aim to send these as soon as we can. You will need this information to do the budget/money organiser part. Alternatively, as requested, print off or save your last three months' bank statements instead.
Where does our money go!
Lets go over how this can work for you to see where you are at and where you are going.
Let's discuss your proposed spending and the bank accounts you may open, this will be more in-depth (about the bank accounts) in another section.
I will review some client's spending to give you an idea of what you are trying to achieve and how to use your statements to be loaded into the budget spreadsheet.
This is a long section 34 mins FYI.
Here, you can open your bank statements either from Illion or, if your bank or financial institution is not on the Illion list, then from your Internet banking for the last 3 months. Here, you can see what you are spending, then work out a plan for the future, a list of accounts recommended, and what amount to put in each. This will start as your road map/plan going forward to help you get into a better financial position. It's worth committing time to the effort you make, which will reflect in outcome.
Let's face it: we could all do with more $ let's see if we can create any ideas or means of doing just that. Or we will need to look at what sacrifices you are willing to make to get ahead. It will be worth it! And you CAN do it. Just like anything, until you do it once then twice, then it forms a new habit~
Let's see now look at all the bank accounts and see how things may look and or work for you.
What do the banks look at when assessing your loan application?

Where to next, let sum things up.

This is another topic close to my heart as I see the positive impact on my clients who make claims and how having insurance helps in times of need. I will give you a brief overview on what to consider :)
For those of you that have some cover just a few things to consider that are important.
